Guest Relations
At Fat Daddy's Arcade, we strive to provide an outstanding family experience for you to enjoy the arcade again and again! The arcade's number one priority is safety. Below are some of the policies and services we have in place to help all of our guests have a wonderful experience at Fat Daddy's Arcade.
Online Order Pick-up
Buy points in advance and skip the lines! Scan your e-receipt at one of our kiosks to receive your point cards. Points do not expire, and you may pick up your card anytime after placing an order. You may split the points on multiple cards as well for convenience.
Alcohol/Profanity-Free
Fat Daddy's Arcade is a family-friendly environment. No drinking or profanity are permitted at the arcade. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave.
No Concealed Weapons
Concealed weapons are not permitted on property at any time.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere at Fat Daddy's Arcade.
Medical Attention
If you need medical attention for any reason during your visit, please notify a team member right away.
Medical Restrictions
Guests may be ineligible to participate on some arcade rides if they are pregnant or have had back, neck or heart problems, broken bones or any other physical or medical problems.
Refund Policy
Fat Daddy's Arcade's online refund policy lasts 30 days. A refund will be considered case-by-case for in-arcade purchases within 30 days if the arcade is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Guest must present receipt for refund to be considered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Photography/Social Media
We hope you are following us on social media! We occasionally request to take photos of guests who have won large prizes in the arcade. We always ask permission before taking pictures. If you do not wish to be included in social media posts, please let the team member know. We also occasionally shoot professional photography and video for advertising and public relations purposes. We will post a sign when shooting is in process. Guests who wish to not be included may tell a team member and we will honor your request.
Hours of Operation
Closing times are approximate and depend on crowd levels. Hours vary during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
Lost and Found
We walk through the arcade at the end of each shift and turn in any guest items that have been left behind. If you are missing an item, please contact the arcade.
Management Team Onsite
If you have a question or concern for a manager, please feel free to ask to speak to one.
Guest Feedback
We always welcome feedback on your experience and how we can make it even better. If you would like to share your feedback, please feel free to e-mail or call any of the locations below to speak with a manager. Of course, we always welcome feedback via our social media outlets. If you have had a wonderful experience with particular staff members, we encourage you to give them a shout out to the management team or on social media! If we haven’t met your expectations, please speak with one of our managers. We always want the opportunity to turn any situation into a positive experience for you and your family.
